Customer Application Data

zymtrace operates solely within your environment. We do not access or collect your application code, configurations, or any application data. All Customer Application Data, including source code and configurations, remains entirely within your own infrastructure and under your control. zystem does not store, process, or have access to any such data.

While you are responsible for securing your on-premise deployment of zymtrace, including managing access controls and protecting your application data, we take several measures to safeguard the telemetry data transmitted to our analytics platform. These measures include:

Encryption of data both in transit and at rest to protect sensitive information.
Secure access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the data.
Regular security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

All data within your environment is retained according to your organization's policies and requirements.

We retain telemetry data for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy[at]zystem.io.
