About the Role
We’re looking for a VP of Sales to scale our go-to-market strategy and accelerate revenue growth in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure and performance optimization space.
You’ll partner closely with our CEO to expand sales reach and win strategic accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge company at a pivotal moment, with the autonomy to build, execute, and scale at speed.
You’ll start as an individual contributor, working alongside an engineer to engage deeply with prospects, then grow into building and leading a world-class sales organization: Sales Engineers, BDRs, and AEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Leadership: Drive aggressive outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline of enterprise customers
- Market Development: Identify and penetrate target markets including AI/ML companies, cloud providers, HPC organizations, and enterprises with GPU-intensive workloads
Required Qualifications
- Enterprise B2B Sales Experience: 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Technical Background: Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and articulate complex infrastructure and performance optimization solutions
- Outbound Sales Expertise: Proven success in outbound sales, prospecting, and building pipelines
- Leadership Experience: Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth technology companies
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, particularly in infrastructure, observability, or developer tools markets
